I would be happy to help!
I recommend the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Matte Black Finish - Class III - 2" # e98848 which is confirmed to fit your 2018 Honda CR-V AWD and has a 525lb tongue weight rating and 3500lb trailer weight rating making it a perfect choice for carrying a bike rack like you are wanting. I like the matte black powder coat finish that really blends in to the factory plastic trim on the bumper.
For a bike rack it really comes down to your specific bikes, and how many bikes you have. I will go over a cost effective 2 bike and 4 bike rack, and a more premium 2 bike and 4 bike rack.
Starting with the cost effective 2 bike rack it is hard to beat the Thule Camber 2 Bike Rack # TH9058. This is a hanging bike rack that can accommodate bikes weighing up to 37.5lbs each. This rack tilts to allow you access to the rear cargo area of your CR-V, but requires the bikes to be removed.
Moving on to a cost effective 4 bike rack I recommend the Thule Hitching Post Pro - Folding Tilting 4 Bike Rack # TH934XTR which can accommodate bikes weighing up to 35lbs each as well. This rack tilts as well, but you will still need to remove the bikes first.
Now for a more premium 2 bike rack I recommend the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack for 2 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Matte Black # BA22B. This rack can accommodate bikes weighing up to 60lbs each with tires up to 3" wide, but using the Phat Bike Adapter Kit # APBK will allow bikes with tires up to 4.8" wide. This rack has quite a few great features such as it securing the bikes by the wheels to protect the frame of your bikes from scratches or damage, and a tilting feature that allows you to access the rear cargo area of your CR-V with the bikes still on the rack.
Lastly for a more premium 4 bike rack I recommend the Saris SuperClamp EX 4 Bike Platform Rack - 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount - Tilting # SA4026F. This rack will accommodate weighing 60lbs each for the inner two bikes, and 35lbs for the outer two bikes. This rack also allows you to tilt the rack with the bikes loaded, and is a great choice for bikes with alternative frame styles as it has ratcheting hooks that adjust independently to fit the each bike.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
