What’s the best 5-30-12 for a 1700 lb pop up? Tire and rim. 4 bolt. Need several price ranges.

The absolute best wheel and tire are not available as a set that is already mounted. You would need to have them installed by a local tire shop. The Aluminum Split Spoke Trailer Wheel # AM22318HWT and Taskmaster 5.30R12 Radial Trailer Tire # TT53012C would give you the best wheel and tire that we offer. The aluminum wheel construction offers the lightest weight and best corrosion resistance. And the radial tire is best for highway use and long tread life.
For your 1,700 lb pop-up I really only have one preinstalled wheel and tire that will work for you. The Kenda 5.30-12 Bias Trailer Tire with 12" Galvanized Wheel # AM30790. It has load range C tires that are rated at 1,045lbs maximum per tire.
