Barrecrafters was discontinued, as their line was not brought over when SportRack was acquired by Thule (Barrecrafters was under the SportRack brand). So for that reason, there unfortunately isn't an available lock core or keys that are available for your ski rack. The best option we can offer is a new ski rack, and there is a nice option for this from Rhino-Rack:

- Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier - Locking - 4 Pairs of Skis or 2 Boards # RR574

I really like the Rhino-Rack ski rack because it is a great value; it is high quality but at a better price point than similar ski racks. This rack is a universal fit for crossbars, has a push-button release so it is simple to use, and is locking to help protect your gear.

I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Rhino-Rack Ski and Snowboard Carrier # RR574.

@John You mean you have a Barrecrafters but you know the lock code?

@John Just wanted to make sure I knew what you meant. The Barrecrafters brand was discontinued so unfortunately even if you know the code there aren't any replacement parts, and your best bet would be to go with a new carrier like the Rhino-Rack # RR574 referenced above.
