Are The Wheels and Bearings Separate for the Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly

Question:
Do the wheels come with bearings that have to be maintaince? Do they have to be check constantly for grease to be apply. My previous dolley was a Master Tow Dolley. The bearings and a clip holds the wheels. If the bearings go bad, the dolley starts to wobble. It is so unsafe that the wheels can easily come off. Can you please explained the system of the wheels and you do have a diagram. I am hoping your dolleys have the system similar to the cars.

The Demco Kar Kaddy SS Tow Dolly with Disc Brakes part # DM9713045 uses disc brakes. The design is very similar to that of a modern day automobile. The wheel and hub/rotor are separate components. I have attached a diagram below. The recommended maintenance and frequencies can be found in the owner's manual attached below.
