Yes, the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack - Vacuum Cup Mount - 48" Long - Black # 298-SX6000B is the best option (and currently, the only option) for you. The Monkey Bars has one of the easiest installations of any roof racks we carry. In addition, the Monkey Bars have a total weight capacity of 150 pounds to give you plenty of capacity to transport cargo and accessories on your 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis.
To carry your accessories, you might not be able to transport your kayaks, bikes, and other accessories at the same time due to the length restriction of your crossbars (depending on the number of bikes and kayaks you want to transport).
However, if you are looking for a great recommendation of accessories that will fit a single kayak and a single bike on your Monkey Bars, I recommend the Rhino-Rack J-Style Kayak Carrier - Fixed - Universal Mount # S510 and the RockyMounts TomaHawk Roof Bike Rack for Fat Bikes - Wheel Mount - Clamp On - Aluminum # RKY1222. Since the Rhino Rack J-Style carrier will allow you to carry a kayak on its side, it will save critical space on your crossbars for the TomaHawk. The J-Style carrier comes with 2 tie-down straps to secure to your Monkey Bars as well as bow/stern ties to anchor to your 2002 Mercury Grand Marquis. The Tomahawk is a great economical choice and includes a ratcheting, padded hook and extra wide metal wheel brace to secure your bike by the front wheel. You can also add extra security to the TomaHawk by adding two lock cores # RKY0332.
If you have a better idea of how many kayaks, bikes, and what other accessories you wish to transport, I would be happy to give you a better recommendation if you provide those details.
