I ask Kuat expert and no answers ! Only to direct my question to you : What is the most adaptable tail light or bar light to this bike rack available !

I have a solution for you, but there are not any custom-fit tail lights for the Kuat NV 2.0 Bike Rack # NV22G. I think your best option is to use a light kit that is designed for a hitch cargo carrier.
LED Light Kit # 98174LED with etrailer Mounting Brackets # e98943 would be a good route to go. You can attach the brackets to the Kuat bike rack; drilling will be required. Then connect the 4-pole wiring harness to your vehicle's 4-pole trailer connector and you will have trailer lights on your bike rack. I attached a demonstration video for you.
