Question:
Hello, I am debating what direction to go regarding air control to my rear helper bags. Does the firestone kit 2186 work as a standalone kit for air control or require anything specail to operate? Looking at the pictures, I dont see any wires making me wonder if this is a manual control valve or if works in conjunction with a pressure switch etc. I can seem to find any installation instructions so I appreciate the response. I have the air tank, bags and compressor now. I am debating whether to try an auto adjustment set-up or just stick with a traditional solenoid/switch/gauge setup. Advice on pros and cons welcomed.

To use the part # F2186 you do need to use a compressor and tank kit like the part # F2047. It does not work on it's own.
I'd maybe try a kit like the # F2047 first to see if you are okay with how much input it requires and then decide if you want to go with the # F2186.
