I have a 2014 Cougar Xlite 29RBK everything looks right on this part except for the mounting flange bolt pattern mine is 2 13/16inch not the pattern that you show in description is this a typo and is this the correct part I need

The dimensions listed for the bolt pattern of the # K23-479-00 are close enough to what you have to indicate that they would fit properly on your axle. There's basically only one bolt pattern for assemblies and based on what you listed you have the correct bolt pattern.
