Question:

Can the performance tune be used to daily drive? Also, what is the 87 octane tune? It says I can use 87 octane no matter what but does it provide increased power and mileage as well? Can it be used to daily drive?

There are three types of performance tunes with the Superchips Flashpaq F5 Performance Tuner - Ford - Gas/Diesel, part # SU1845. Each one is optimized to work with a different grade of gasoline. The 87 Octane tune will produce the least amount of horsepower. The higher the octane, the more timing you can run in your engine. The power increase depends on your vehicle You can use the 87 Octane tune for your daily drive.
