Hello, I am looking to buy this item: My vehicle is a 2021 Ram 1500 with a 57 bed + factory Tonneau Set. Can you please confirm if this will fit?

I have a great solution to the problem. Unfortunately, since the Yakima OverHaul HD Adjustable Truck Ladder Rack # Y01151-58 uses the inside of the truck rails to install, it will interfere with your factory tonneau cover on your 2021 RAM 1500 (5-1/2 Foot Bed without Rambox). I went ahead and called my contact at Yakima to see if the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit for Yakima OverHaul HD and OutPost HD Truck Bed Ladder Racks # Y01155 would work with the OverHaul HD and your cover, but Yakima confirmed that they have only tested the Tonneau Cover Adapter Kit with the Retrax XR brand tonneau covers. With that being said, the adapter kit is not guaranteed to work with your factory tonneau cover.

I did some research on your vehicle and discovered that your factory cover allows you to use your stake pockets. In this case, I recommend the Adarac Custom Truck Bed Ladder Rack - Steel with Aluminum Crossbars - 500 lbs # A70450. The Adarac Ladder Rack includes square crossbars with integrated mounting channels allow you to easily attach accessories. If you need attachment straps, I recommend the SmartStraps Ratchet Tie-Down Straps w/ S-Hooks - 1" x 10' # 348155.
