2017 chev 1/2 ton w/max tow package put the timbren kit in .have a 28 ft camper had 1 1/2 clearance empty. when hooked up,ride was so bad we left camper at campground ,it rode like no suspension, extremely bounce .both wife an i had bad back ache after 60 miles.

The Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TGMRCK15S is a great option to help reduce sag while towing with a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 but they do have a tendency to ride rough as the material is very dense. I think the perfect option for a compromise between support and comfort are the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs part # SS95MR. These ride much smoother than Timbrens and still provide support for towing or hauling.
