Yes. You can use the Replacement Head for Reese Weight Distribution System - Trunnion Bar # RP58167 with your 21210 trunnion bars without any issues. Reese has previously mentioned to us that this head will fit all Reese trunnion bars, including the older ones, though it is possible that the older-style bars like you have may be a "little loose" in fit, though they will still work.
