According to my research, the Artis PDS1RV25 water pump is a 12 volt, 3 gallon per minute pump, and we do have the perfect option for a replacement:

- Flow Max RV Fresh Water Pump # LC689052

This is also a 12 volt, 3 gallon per minute pump, though it has a higher 45 psi rating compared to the 40 of the Artis. It also uses the same 1/2 inch diameter hose fittings so it will be an easy replacement for you.
