I would be happy to help you find the correct replacement 3500lb axle for the American Rockwell you mentioned, but the number you provided did not cross reference to anything.
Instead you will need to measure the hub face to hub face and spring center to spring center of your current axle to find its size.
The Trailer Idler Axle Beam with Easy Lube Spindles - 95" Long - 3,500 lbs # e68GR you were looking at has a hub face to hub face measurement of 95" and a spring center to spring center measurement of 80" as shown in the included diagram. As long as the hub face measurement is correct, you can remove the preinstalled spring seats and have the # TRSS238 welded in the correct location to match your current axle.
If you find your axle has a different hub face measurement just let me know.
