We have 2013 coachmen class A RV that is 37 feet long. Can we use this rack with our RV?

Yes, the Swagman XC2 Bike Rack for 2 bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # S64650 is motorhome/RV approved so you can use it on your class A RV. This rack uses nice padded hooks that ratchet down onto the bike frame, making it compatible with most bike designs including those that have fenders or baskets.
Locks are not included, but you can add Anti-Rattle Hitch Lock and Cable # S64031 to deter theft of your bikes and bike rack. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you to check out.
