Will RR43196 mount on Yakima roof mount tracks Y01135?

The Antenna Mounting Bracket for Rhino-Rack Crossbars and Platforms - Channel Mount - Folding # RR43196 will not be able to mount to tracks like the Yakima ones you mentioned. The Antenna Mounting Bracket will mount to crossbar (or platform) channels but not tracks, because they have different channel dimensions.
So what you would need instead to mount the Antenna Mounting Bracket # RR43196 are crossbars with top channels like the Yakima JetStream Crossbars # Y00425.
