Solera Slide Topper Recommendation to fit 2021 Apex Ultralight 289TBSS. I think I need the 127inch wide - 48inch projection Item # LCV000163299 Thanks!

The measurement needed to determine the topper size needed is to measure from the outside edge of the flange to the outside edge of the other flange on the slide out. You also need to allow for 7" of clearance on both sides to make sure your topper arms don't come into contact with anything else.
If your measurement is 127" then you'll want the Solera RV Slide-Out Awning - 10'7" Wide - 48" Projection - White Item # LCV000163294 or for black # LCV000168326.
The # LCV000163299 awning is meant for a flange to flange measurement of 146" - 151".
