Does installation of this baseplate require cutting the frame or drilling holes?

There is no cutting of frame required to install the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit, # RM-521559-5. There will be the need to drill a few holes, see the attached installation instructions and installation video that is attached.
