While the 2-5/16 inch ball of the # C48CR would fit into a gooseneck coupler the pin portion would not have a place to insert to lock it. You'd want a gooseneck coupler lock like the EZ Lock Gooseneck Coupler Lock part # BLTL-53-40D2 which fits most couplers like Bulldog, Stallion, Superior, and T.E.M.
