Looking for torklift tiedowns for a 2018 RAM 2500 MegaCab 4x4 with a factory hitch and steps that stop at the cab. Is there a combination available for this?

The TorkLift # TLF3001 tie-downs that you referenced are not a match for your truck. They are for Fords.
For a 2018 RAM Pickup truck, without running boards or steps under the bed, with 6-1/2 foot or 8 foot bed, with or without factory hitch, TorkLift # TLD2126 (Front) and # TLD3109 (Rear) Custom Frame Mounted tie-downs.
The removable arms make these tie-down points nearly undetectable when not in use. Powder coated steel construction keeps them looking good for years.
For a set of turnbuckles you would also want the part # TLS9529-2-LK. The quick-release levers on these turnbuckles make it fast and easy to secure your truck bed camper to your vehicle.
