I checked with my contact at Curt and confirmed that the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" # C65CR you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2020 Chrysler Pacifica AWD Launch Edition.
The # C65CR has a 400lb tongue weight rating and 4000lb trailer weight rating, or 500lb tongue weight rating and 5000lb trailer weight rating when using a weight distribution hitch making this a great option for carrying a bike rack, a cargo carrier, or even towing a trailer.
If you are planning on towing with your Pacifica you will need a vehicle wiring harness # C56322 if you have LED tail lights, or the # C56399 if you do NOT have LED tail lights.
I included videos of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
