Vent Cover Replacement Recommendation

Question:
I have a 2019 Dutchman Kodiak Ultra Lite Travel Trailer...my roof vents were damaged in a hail storm...the opening is 13 1/2inch x 13 1/2inch for both vents... the current vent measures 15x15inch on the outside of it...can I purchase a 14inch x 14inch vent cover? Also, I would like to purchase a cover for each one of those....what will fit with them?
