I would be happy to help you get the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195 you were looking at wired up to your 2021 Ford Ranger, but we have not had a chance to install a trailer brake controller on a new Ranger yet so you will need to check the functions of the wires to make the correct connections.
You will need to use a circuit tester like # PTW2993 to verify the functions of the 4 wires underneath the dash of your truck, and match them to the following functions of the wiring harness on the # 90195:
Black wire is 12v power
White wire is ground
Blue wire is brake output
Red wire is cold side of stop light switch that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed
Once you have identified the functions of your factory wiring you will use the butt connectors included with the # 90195 to make the connections.
