can you get a 15 8 lug narrow wheel as 5 to 6 ?

You will need to go with a 16" wheel to get the 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern, as 15" trailer wheels are not offered with that bolt pattern.
With that said the narrowest 16" wheel with the 8 on 6-1/2" bolt pattern is 6" wide like the Taskmaster Steel 8-Spoke Trailer Wheel - 16" x 6" Rim - 8 on 6-1/2 - White # TA55VR you were looking at.
