You sure can!
For additional TPMS sensors compatible with the TireMinder i10 TPMS for RVs and Trailers w/ Signal Booster - 6 Tire Sensors # TM29FR you were looking at you will need the Flow Through Tire Sensors for TireMinder TPMS # TM66FR.
The # TM66FR is a quantity of two extra sensors, so you will need two of the # TM66FR for the four tires on your towed vehicle.
