Can these be used on the dual rear wheels of a motorhome? The stems are located on the inside of the wheels.

The Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - 90-Degree Bend - Front Wheels # WM802990 technically are designed for the front wheels, but there are several customers that left reviews stating that it worked on their rear wheels. It really just depends on the layout of your current valve stems and if it requires a bend at all.
I recommend looking into Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - 135-Degree Bend - Steel Rear Wheels # WM8029135 or Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - 180-Degree Bend - Aluminum Rear Wheels # WM8029180 which are specifically made for the rear wheels. Or you may find that you don't need a bend at all in which you could just use Wheel Masters Tire Pressure Valve Extenders - Straight - 4" Long # WM80294 for a straight extension.
