Are you still able to pivot the tow bar with this accessory installed or does it have to be removed?

I have a solution for you, but the Sentry Deflector for Demco Kar Kaddy Tow Dollies # DM5950 is designed to fit on the tongue of a Demco Kar Kaddy tow dolly and won't fit on a tow bar like the Demco Excali-bar III # DM9511013. If you've got a Demco tow bar and need a rock deflector you'll need the Sentry Deflector for Demco Tow Bars # DM9523135, which will mount to your tow bar to protect your front end while flat towing.

If you've got a different brand tow bar or tow dolly, let me know and I can see if we've got a compatible option.
