Looking for the best connection spot to grab the required Brake Light Trigger connection Red wire on the RED44FR on a 2018 Ram Promaster 2500. Thank you.

The best place to connect the red wire of the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR to your 2018 Ram ProMaster 2500 is right at the stop light switch.
Now you will need to find the cold side of the stop light switch that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed. Using a circuit tester # PTW2993 will help you find the correct wire.
If you take a look at the 12:45 minute mark of the included video showing the # 22112 being installed in a similar 2021 Ram ProMaster 3500 you will see exactly where we made the connection.
