I have a great solution for your mud flaps. I called WeatherTech, and they confirmed that the WeatherTech Mud Flaps # WT110066-120066 will not fit with any aftermarket wheel flares.
However, a great alternative is the Rock Tamers Heavy-Duty, Adjustable Mud Flap System for 3" Hitches # WT110066-120066. The Rock Tamers allow you to install on the hitch receiver so that you can easily attach and remove when needed.
