Recommended Hydraulic Brake Replacement on a 2007 Master Tow Dolly
Updated 05/06/2021 | Published 05/05/2021 >
Question:
I have a 2007 Master Tow dolly and need to replace the brakes. I use the dolly once a year and really dont want to put much in it. Will this brake kit fit without any modification? Sure would be a lot easier to go this way. Thank you

From what I could find out about your 2007 Master Tow Dolly, the etrailer.com Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35 should fit without issue. That being said, there wasn't a whole lot of information I could find, so it would be a good idea to double check the size of the brakes you currently have installed.
If you pull one of the hubs off, you would measure the depth and diameter of the drums. They should measure 10 inches in diameter and 2 inches wide. The brakes should also have 4 bolts that should measure 2 7/8 inches from center to center of all the bolts going around. They should also measure 4 inches going diagonally.
You could also contact the manufacturer with the VIN to see if they can tell you what size the brakes are. This will be the easiest way to do it, but I am not sure if the manufacturer has this information or not.
