What are my options for installing a roof rack on a 2012 Nissan Altima 3.5 2dr coupe with a sunroof for the transporting of 2 kayaks?

The only roof racks available for your 2012 Nissan Altima coupe are Rhino-Rack systems and you will be limited to carrying 90lbs or less. The best setup for you is as follows:

For a kayak carrier I suggest looking into the Malone Stax Pro2 Kayak Carrier w/ Tie-Downs 2 Kayaks # MPG115MD. This is a very easy to use carrier which can accommodate 2 kayaks; the Malone Stax Carrier fits right onto the Rhino-Rack crossbars. Everything necessary for installation and use is included in the kit. I attached a couple demonstration videos for you.
