Question:

I’ve got a 6” lift on my 2019 Ford F-250 Will the kit work on mine as it comes, or are there other accessories available?

It looks like the Air Lift LoadLifter 7500 XL # AL57577 will bolt up on your 2019 Ford F-250 with the 6" lift. Your lift kit moved the overload bracket that contacts the stock bump stop which is where the bottom bracket of the air bag will mount. To ensure that you have the correct height you will need to park your F-250 on a flat and level surface without any extra weight on the rear suspension. The air bag has a working height of 7" between the mounting brackets(see image).

If the 7" measurement is correct the bag should fit your suspension with only 2 modifications to the kit. There is a tab on the bottom bracket that will contact the rear axle. You would need to have one custom made to the correct length for your F-250 as this is not a part that is produced by Airlift. Second the included bolts that hold the bracket to the bottom of the axle may not be long enough. If longer bolts are required that would need to be sourced to your measurement needed.

If your measurement is different there are lift blocks that will help you to get close to the correct measurement.
