We do have an Edge performance chip that works with the 2001 Volkswagen Jetta. It's the Insight CS2 Comprehensive Gauge Display - Color Screen, part # EP84030.
It plugs into your Jetta's OBD-II port and reads dozens of parameters supported by your vehicle's engine control module. It has a hi-res color screen and displays up to 8 parameters at once.
It is compatible with all models. This is not a programmer, though. It is a monitor, so it might not be exactly what your are looking for.
