The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 75155 is rated for 6,000lbs trailer weight and 600lbs tongue weight. If you use a weight distribution hitch this is raised to 7,300lbs trailer weight and 730lbs tongue weight for the hitch. This will not increase your capacity only allow you to tow the 6,500lbs that your 2007 Lexus GX 470 is rated for.
There currently is not a class IV receiver available for your Lexus.
I recommend the Equal-i-zer Weight Distribution System # EQ37060ET for your Travel Trailer. The Equal-i-zer allows for tongue weights of 200-600lbs with a maximum trailer weight of 6,000lbs. This hitch also carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty and is Made In The USA.
You will need a 1-7/8" 12pt Thin Walled Socket # ALL643216 to install the included 2" ball onto the hitch. And I recommend using the Sway Bracket Jackets # EQ95-01-5150 to reduce the noise that is created when turning with these style hitches.
