Question:
It says the ball mount #AMSC8 is designed for undermount receiver hitches. My question is can I use it on my 2007 Tahoe receiver hitch? It is built in already.

Expert Reply:
Yes, you can use this Cushioned Ball Mount 6-3/4 inch Rise or 8-inch Drop, part # AMSC8, on your 2007 Tahoe OEM hitch, as long as it is a 2-inch receiver and the rise or drop matches up with your trailer height. You will also need a pin and clip, part # PC3, or a lock, like Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock- Stainless Steel, part # e98882, with this ball mount.
