Can I Use the Dexter Replacement Master Cylinder for Disc Brakes to Replace an A60 UFP Actuator
Updated 04/28/2021 | Published 04/26/2021 >
Question:
The DX44FR seems to replace my USP A60 master cylinder but mine only has a blue wire and this one has blue and white. Will this work? And what do I wire just the blue wire?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Your old unit may have been self grounding if it only had the blue wire for the reverse light circuit, but the Replacement Master Cylinder Assembly for Dexter Brake Actuators - Disc Brakes # DX44FR does have an independent ground wire that will need to be connected.
You'll connect the blue wire to your reverse light circuit and the white wire will be grounded to a rust and paint free spot on the the trailer frame.
