Do you have a hitch plate with the pintle hook option to fit a Dodge Ram 3500? I believe its 37 1/4inch from the inside of the chassis and 37 11/16inch on the outside

There is not a custom Buyers Products Hitch Plate for a 2000 Dodge Ram. Therefore, you'll have to use one of the Buyers Products Fabricators Hitch Plates like part # 3371809040 and fabricate the rest of the supports needed for installation. The plates will then accept most pintle hooks like the Buyers Products 10 Ton Pintle Hook part # 337PH10.
