The Curt # C11389 is a fit for all sedan models of the 2014 Lexus IS250, including the F-Sport.
If you'll be using the hitch for light duty towing, you'll also need a trailer wiring harness like # C56142, a ball mount and hitch pin like # C45521 and # PC2 and a trailer ball like # A-80 for a 1-7/8 or # A-82 for a 2 inch ball.
