The Aries AdvantEdge Bull Bar - 5-1/2" Tubing - Black Powder Coated Aluminum # AA2163000 that you mentioned comes with the necessary mounting brackets and hardware to install onto your 2016 Ford F150. If you are just looking for the installation brackets and hardware then you will need to buy the whole bull bar again; I confirmed with Aries that they do not sell the installation kit separately.
There are several add-ons that you can install onto this bull bar such as the Paintable Cover Plate Raw Aluminum # AA2055192 and License Plate Bracket # AA2169000. You can also add Aries 10" Single-Row LED Light Bar # AA1501260 using LED Light Bar Mounting Brackets # AA1110312.
