I am not sure of the brand of manual pull style awning I have on my 2007 Jayco Jayflight 25rks. Will this work on all brands?

The # LC329250 can only be used on Solera manual awnings but for a more universal option we have the Solera 12V Power RV Awning Conversion Kit # LC434724 which can be used with the standard RV awning brands of Dometic, Carefree, or Solera which would work either way.
