I have a 2000 Winnebago minnie winnie thats set on a Ford E450 frame V10. what bracket kit and stabilizer would i need to order? thanks.

According to Roadmasteer, for the 2000 Ford E450 van cutaway chassis, you'd use part # RM-RBK24-RSSC which includes both the steering stabilizer itself and the V-10 compatible mounting bracket kit.
The # RM-RBK17-RSSC you'd looked at isn't a fit for your Ford E450 chassis, it's a fit for the GM van cutaway chassis.
