The Curt Class II # C12038 hitch has a shipping weight of 31 lbs. Minus the shipping packaging, the hitch will weigh in at about 27 lbs.
If you'll be towing with the hitch, you'll also need a wiring harness like # 118461, a ball mount like # C45503, a
# PC2 hitch pin and either an # A-80 for a 1-7/8 inch trailer ball or # A-82 for a 2 inch ball.
I've linked to some installation videos that you might find helpful.
