0inch ring is that the o ring that goes down inside the blue carriage?? is ther an o ring that goes between the the blue and the black screw on lid

Yes there is an o-ring that goes between the black top and the blue lower portion of the Camco RV Premium Water Filter # CAM40631 that you referenced. We don't offer it as a replacement part but you can source them locally at hardware stores.
