Please advise distance between mounting bolts. from chassis mount and top of receiver box. Thank you,

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13138 you were looking at measures 30-3/4" between the two furthest back mounting holes center to center, 31" between the two closer mounting holes center to center, and 5-3/4" between the holes vertically as shown in the included diagram.

From the mounting flange to the top of the receiver tube measures 5-1/2".

The # 13138 is a custom fit for the 1983-2012 Ford Ranger and 1994-2010 Mazda B Series Pickups, so as long as your vehicle is one of these models it will fit perfectly. If you have a different vehicle, just let me know the Year/Make/Model and I would be happy to recommend a hitch for you.
