If your 2020 Volvo XC60 has a 1-1/4" hitch receiver, then yes; you can use the Hitch Adapter 1-1/4" to 2" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HTAD. It should be noted that using a hitch adapter like the # HTAD will reduce the tongue weight capacity of your hitch by 50% and cannot be used for towing.
If you're actually trying to reduce a 2" hitch down to 1-1/4" to use a bike rack with a 1-1/4" shank then you can use the Hitch Reducer 2" to 1-1/4" Trailer Hitch Receiver # HT02.
