Can Cargo Carrier in Class II Hitch Carry 135 lb Mini Bike

Question:
I have a 135lb coleman minibike BT200X Im looking to transport with the Curt class II hitch for my Scion XB. Could this work for an application like this?

You can use a cargo carrier like the part # 63155 to carry your 135 lb minibike in your Class II hitch. This carrier only weighs 44 pounds. So the total weight would keep you under a 200 lb tongue weight.
