Question:

Can I open the 2 slides on my Genesis Vortex 3817V with this cover on? Also I read several people saying the straps have been coming off their covers during wind. Has this been corrected?

With the Adco SFS AquaShed RV Cover Item # 290-52257 on your 2021 Genesis Supreme Vortex 3817V I would not recommend opening your slides. As far as the straps coming loose, I have heard of this happening. I have contacted Adco about your concern. If the cover is installed, straps are tightened down, camper is in storage for a couple months without retightening the straps, wind and air getting under the cover will cause the cover to fluff.

As the cover fluffs more and more the straps will loosen more and more and eventually come loose. This is also where rips and tears start to occur so it is highly recommended to tighten the straps at least once a month if the cover is going to be on the Camper for an extended period of time.
