DO I NEED TO DRILL OR ENLARGE AND HOLES. I AM PUTTING ON A LEASE CAR AND NEED TO REMOVE WITHOUT AND MODIFICATIONS TO THE CAR

Expert Reply:
Drilling is required to install the Draw-Tite trailer hitch # 24801 for the 2013 Nissan Altima Sedan. Since you are leasing the vehicle, I do not recommend making modifications to the vehicle unless the dealer leasing the vehicle determines it is ok to do so. I have linked the instructions that you can show the dealer to help make that decision.
If you get the go ahead to install the trailer hitch then if you are planning on doing any towing you will also need a ball mount, and wiring # 118470. This is a T-connector so you will not have to splice into the vehicle wiring. I have linked the wiring instructions as well.
For a 1-7/8 inch ball use # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball use # 19258.
