I reached out to my contact at Lippert and when you were trying to recalibrate the middle jacks on you Lippert Ground Control 2.0 Self Leveling System, did you extend all of the jacks down 6" or just the middle jacks?
To do the recalibration you will need to extend all of the jacks 6" and not just the middle two that are having issues.
If this does not fix the problem then you can go to the control module and remove the harness in the left rear jack port and move the middle jack to that port, same with the right side, and that will allow you to retract the jacks temporarily. You will then need to take the trailer into a shop and have them diagnose what is causing the issue as the recalibration is the only troubleshooting step and it not fixing the issue means there is a more in-depth cause.
