Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector - 50 Amp Showing Open Neutral When Plugged Into Generator

Question:
My Camco analyzer is showing an open neutral when plugged into generator, but was working fine a few hours ago. How can I fix this?

If you are connecting the Camco RV Power Defender Voltage Protector - 50 Amp, # CAM55306, directly to the generator and getting an "Open Neutral" fault when then connecting to RV you most likely have an issue either with the generator outlet the cord running to your RV. I recommend inspecting the outlet, and the RV's power cord for damage, wear or loose connections.
